This was no fault of the location itself, but this was the single worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Made a reservation for a 15’ truck and called the day before and told only a 10 was available. I was given an extra day, but even after telling them I would have to make two trips because of the size, I ended up being charged an extra $220 for the milage. The woman I spoke to just didn’t care. I will never rent from U-Haul again, and will spread the word about this experience because this was absolutely unacceptable. And no one seemed to care.
