Excellent service at the Laguna Storage Facility, Great attitude and willing to help. They serve my needs well. I use this location with Uhaul at least 8-10 per year for 10 years. Always makes sure my reservation is correct. I am not happy with the "home Office" trying to alter my reservations to different locations, different type trucks and dates within the the last couple of day for my rentals.
Robert OThis location did not have blankets even though I was able to order them. I was not notified they were not available until I picked up the vehicle, which was a bit inconvenient from a timing perspective.

Robert BI rent alot of trucks annually from your Uhaul, yet often lately when I rent the gas is left at 1/4 tank, This is also the limit line for a 30$. extra charge if given back below that 1/4ths. Its add an extra layer of effort and cost on the renter which is often swayed in favor of the uhaul comapny.... Why not give a truck at above 1/4 or 1/2 or full but not on the cut off line.
