Vee helped us at the desk and I will say she was the most efficient U-Haul employee with whom I've ever interacted. We were in our truck and on our way 10 minutes after we arrived. The billing was accurate with no mysterious untoward charges. A wonderfully seamless U-Haul experience. Thanks for making the day easy.
Casey JThis location was excellent. Easy to get to, easy to find truck, etc. Due to Sunday pickup (location closed) we relied on the app for checking out the truck. The U-Haul app was time consuming and not functioning correctly. We had to take pictures of the vehicle and took the same picture about 6 times but the app would not read/accept it each time, leaving us at a standstill for taking the truck. Finally called the 800 number a helpful rep told us the app wasn't working and to just go ahead and take the truck. The rest of our experience was great. The 15' truck was perfect for our local home move. Took 2 trips with a team of friends to get all our furniture/big items over, and returned the truck before it was due back. Since the truck isn't billed based on hours, I'm glad we booked it for 11 hours instead of the 8 hours I originally thought we needed. This allowed plenty of time without rushing or stressing about returning the rental. Would recommend!

Rosa MExcellent service at the Laguna Storage Facility, Great attitude and willing to help. They serve my needs well. I use this location with Uhaul at least 8-10 per year for 10 years. Always makes sure my reservation is correct. I am not happy with the "home Office" trying to alter my reservations to different locations, different type trucks and dates within the the last couple of day for my rentals.
