Brandon BNatasha Robinson was wonderful with our rental, from cleanliness to punctuality everything was perfect. Definitely renting from here again and recommending to friends and colleagues.
Emanuel GI followed the return instructions exactly as they were given to me, including parking the truck where I was told. Despite returning the vehicle as instructed and in clean condition, I was charged a $20 after-hours service fee and a $25 cleaning fee. The truck did not require cleaning, and I have already escalated this issue because I believe these charges were applied unfairly. Based on my experience, I would not rent from this location again.
Jessica RTruck was clean, ready, and stocked with the requested supplies when agreed upon. They were very communicative and helpful when I was running late. Very friendly service.
