The rental was easy. The location I wanted to rent at was changed and I was properly notified and had a text and email regarding the change. I was also called by an associate to be advised of the change. The return of the equipment was easy and painless. The equipment was exactly what we needed and was perfect with no issues. Great experience.

Location wasn’t open at assigned business hours. Manager arrived 45 min after posted opening time, never apologized for inconvenience. Trailer passenger light wasn’t properly working but manager told me that if I don’t drive at night, I’ll be alright. He also said, that if I were to get pulled over for the defective taillight, that’s it’s not my trailer and I shouldn’t be worried. When returning the trailer, again the location was not open and I was struggling to get the trailer off my hitch ball. After reading some other reviews, I can attest this is not a good location whatsoever.
