no one was on site when we showed up there was no help whatsoever. We had to unload the trailer by herself.

The original representative didn't inspect the truck with me nor explain anything. He also didn't ask where I was moving from which was 80 miles south of his location, (160 round trip) ending up with a charge for extra miles. The truck was still dirty from the previous renter with crumbs and spilled beverages. He simply pulled it out of its parking spot and said "here you go, the a/c is running". He also refused to give me a printed copy of the contract because" we don't get reimbursed by uhaul for paper or ink and it saves us about $2800 per year".
