Michael J.First of all, this location was not the one I had originally reserved. And the location was open even though Uhaul had called me the previous day and said they were closed. Using the Uhaul app to check in, the truck number did not match my reservation and the keys were not in the key box. Trying to pick up the keys inside the building took over 30 minutes. The Uhaul system was completely wrong regarding a number of items of my reservation. The Uhaul app also did not work when returning the truck - I could not upload pictures of the odometer reading or fuel level. Very frustrating.
