It would be nice to have a person onsite to help with returning trailers and parking them in the location they want.
Douglas CTire on trailer was flat, had to delay start of moving to new location.
Mark AI was very upset because the day before I was picking up a 20 foot truck I was told that one wasn’t available. They only had a 15 foot truck. So we had to make 2 trips with it and it cost me more money because of the mileage. I’m very disappointed with U-Haul
