Check-in and pick up were smooth; however, we received two invoices for the same contract. One seems correct in that the mileage charge was 5 miles, the second, which we were actually charged for, billed us for 20 miles (this was NOT correct). We were overcharged at least $20 and would like a refund.

Nancy MJeez everything. What a mess. Reserved one truck and got saddled with a way longer larger one. Then had to go 40 miles further than what it was supposed to be because the place I rented it through didn't have it. Had to fill out the paperwork AGAIN added like 2 hours to our day. Then refused to have it returned to the place I rented it originally so had to drive it back the 40 miles. More time I didn't have. Horrible Horrible experience. Never Again!!!!!!
