I has to file complaint with U-Haul. I returned to the pick up location and the manager tried to clean it after I had it partially loaded. The previous renter must have used it for dry concrete. It’s covered with cement dust in all the nooks and crannies. My driveway , house inside and out , shoes and all my furniture is covered with this dust. It’s absolutely terrible.The underside of the truck was loaded with cement too. Everytime the truck is moved there is a mess under it. By the time I got to my destination the interior and contents had a layer of concrete dust on it. This truck needed better inspection and deep deep cleaning.

Wonderful customer service
FLORENCE DThe lock wouldn't work on the back of the truck. It got stuck repeatedly. It smelled like weed. They did tell us but it was pretty bad. It was the only 26 foot truck so we had no choice. Reserved ahead of time that went good.
JASON WThe check out process took forever, I didn’t realize but they saved my name and contact information incorrectly so when I was checking the van back in I had a really hard time. The tires on the back were bald and therefore I got stuck in the snow and ice and had to pay for a tow truck to pull me out only 40 feet. I’m so disappointed.
