I’ve been charged a total of 3 times for my rental. Two of which have overdrafted my bank account. I called about my refund of my reservation payment after being charged a second time. I was told it would take up to 1-5 days. I was charged after my reservation payment and then charged again tonight 10/3/2026 for the same amount that was already taken from my account with a total of 225.40$ for a $56.35 initial charge for actual use. I am beyond frustrated with the situation. I am sure a refund of $162.31

How U-Haul Reviews WorkEverything worked fine
Michael HThe customer service was amazing. We had some issue with the trucks lights and your worker went out of his way and spent time figuring out what was the issue. Expected dude to get back to his position, but he stayed in the heat until we got it to work. I will traveling further to return to this specific location due to the respect given. He is a gem and I hope the company treats him well bc he deserves it. Thank you
Crystal CEasy to do, friendly service, clean reliable truck
Dennis KPlaces do struggle to have the items reserved. Not just this location; others as well. Ordered a set of moving blankets, and they only had a portion.
