When we arrived, they would not take the truck. They said they told Uhaul that they had no power since thursday and that they would not take the truck. We then had to call to get a new location. we were on hold for over 25 minutes. we were then told to go to a location that was going to close. so when we arrived they just took the keys and said not to worry about it. They will check it in tomorrow because they were going to close. This was very unorganized and it was not an easy drop off. Paying over 200 dollars for one day rental with all of these problems! This was not worth it!
