I wish I could remember the name of the lady at the counter, she was extremely busy running both counters yet very professional and helpful to all customers
jose gThe person that checked me in was fantastic. However when I returned the uhaul i parked it next to some other u-haul’s in their parking lot opposite end from where it originally was. The gentleman seemed miffed i didn’t return it to the original location and i explained the street was one way and under construction, I am not familiar with the area. He said oh ok we won’t charge you then. Charge me? For parking the uhaul in your lot but not in the same spot? That is uncalled for. They also didn’t have the size I ordered.
