Timothy SI reserved a 15' truck and 20 moving blankets and my reservation was confirmed online. When I arrived, I completed the rental agreement and only when getting ready to leave the store, was informed that no blankets were available. I had to drive to a different location to get blankets and then return them to that location later. Also, the exhaust system on the truck was not well maintained. It was loud and the smell of emissions was overpowering, especially when idling in traffic. Previously, I have rented Uhaul trucks and had better service elsewhere.
