Dottie was amazing and VERY helpful. Easy pick up. Did have difficulties trying to use the app and calling the UHaul number to drop off after hours.

GPS took me to adjacent business
David JWe were never told it would be close at 2:30, our return was at 4:00 PM. We had trouble with the apps not recognizing the location. We were charge extra for returning it late. We finally received the code at 3:23 PM. We had to make several calls but did get our late fee back.
LARRY WThe location isn't the problem. The process for making a reservation makes me want to rent from Penske or anyone else next time. I don't work for uhaul so as a customer I shouldn't have to take all the pictures before and after, send everything from facial recognition, a reference and such just to rent a vehicle. Especially as a return customer. It is extremely frustrating. I was able to reserve a truck for early pick up, only to have to wait about an hour waiting for the process to be completed. Totally ridiculous and a total waste of my time.
