Shocking is all I can say. I can't believe U-Haul would allow this. Also, I was not offered the daily rate to stay local, I paid full price and was told I still have to pay for mileage. Also the site says they open at 9:30, we scheduled for 8:30 online and she called upset because we weren't there yet. I told her it says she wasn't open until 9:30 and she totally ignored what I was saying. He place smells like cat and dog fences and urine. It's a horrible experience. Never again

LAWRENCE CThe cab had pet hair in it. The storage area was dirty. The renting of the truck was quick and easy. Overall not real bad, just not attention given to the truck when returned from last renter.
