I was sent to pick up at a location that was closed. I had to go to another location to get truck. This wasted valuable time.

Stacey HMy whole U-Haul experience was the worst that I’ve ever had switched to four different stores on the day of moving. The store I ended up with on Lake Worth had a line out the door. I was supposed to have a truck by 8 o’clock. I didn’t get a truck until 1030. I don’t blame the people in Lake Worth at that store. It’s the company in general. They suck trying to say at the end of the month. It’s a problem then don’t rent a fucking truck if you don’t have them.
