Gentleman at the store could not find my initial reservation, so had to make another one. He kept saying there was nothing he could do from his computer. I would have to contact UHAUL directly. Truck smelled like cat urine.

Was expecting a U-Haul professional facility- this was not. Was charged for fuel when I returned with the exact amount as I originally received it. Had to park in mud. Never again!
