Outstanding customer service
Elizabeth RPersonnel did mot seem to know why we were dropping off a trailer at their location even though paperwork reflected it. Told me to clall Uhaul customer service to work it out which I did.

Alissa RSee comment above. Absolutely ridiculous that I had to incur a charge for 16 extra miles driven to obtain a dolley that I initially reserved at pick up. Due to U-Haul’s poor communication and lack of understanding for the customer, I will not be renting from uhaul again nor recommending to any other individual.
