How U-Haul Reviews WorkI made my reservation for a Uhaul store location NOT a dirty gas station. I will not use Uhaul again if they move my location.
Tammy HWe had paid and requested two dollies for the move, although they were not in the uhaul when we went to pickup. I contacted support and they suggested we go pick them up at a store that was out of our way. This caused a significant inconvenience to our move.
Meidi HClerk did not speak English nor did he help me. I ended up doing everything on the app. I was there in time to get the truck by 815 am but he delayed me until 845 am. Still required me to have truck back by 215 pm --he refused to rent it to me for any less time. I feel ripped off and will not use uhaul again, and I will advise others not to use uhaul.
Michelle FThe guy barely spoke English and he didnt understand what I was telling him and asking him just shook his head so I thought he understood. Had to drive 4 hours again just becuase they didn't speak English.
