Booked the truck rental for gap location. When arrived they advised me my truck reservation was moved to be picked up at Lancaster location which is 20 minutes away. NO attendant to assist with checking in and checking out everything was done via app which is very confusing.
Nicholas HI was clean enough, put it that way, but it was rather dirty and could use a good washing inside and out.
