Next time, you cannot send a customer out with the truck in bad shape. Check engine light on truck. Running really rough front suspension wasn't great at all. I went no more than twelve miles, and it was awful.

No one was there. I sat outside for an hour of my rental time waiting to talk to a human being from U-Haul on the phone. I lost a full hour of my rental time waiting. Then had to get a truck bigger which wasn’t better because all my stuff was sliding around in the back of the U-Haul when driving when I specifically planned on the size I rented ! Poor poor poor place to allow U-Haul rentals !

Rich AIt took over a hour for a vehicle I reserved, my car was checked in two days after I returned it and I had to jump the vehicle because it died out on me along with the check engine light on.
Dhariana PThis location was extremely dirty, and the check-in experience was horrible. The truck I received was filthy, the driver side door barely shut and didn’t lock. It only had a quarter tank of fuel at pick up which was very inconvenient. The truck was also in need of maintenance and driving in was very loud and unpleasant.
