Make sure that the customer has the correct information so that they can do the check in on their own instead of someone else doing it for them. I picked up the truck on 3/4 tank of gas and that’s what I had put back in it so I got charged for that, that is very wrong.
Michaela PXavier was very helpful and accommodating with pick up and drop off of trailer. Will rent from him again.
Brian WI was given one drop off on paperwork, but was texted another to drop off. Looks neglected owner not there waited 30 min. Called to see when he would be at location, showed 10 minutes later.
Bette cPulled in after hours, the recieving agent was still on site and promptly checked in the vehicle.
