The straps on the wheel tie downs are frayed on drivers side. Was very seamless to pickup dolly even though the attendant was not on location. U-Haul support was very organized and helped me through the process with a very timely response.

I didn't order "safe tow" insurance. It was automatically added. Also tires were completely worn when I got the trailer. I was worried so they wouldn't go flat. Lots of safety issues.
