Friendly staff, convenient, and nice equipment. U Haul system is still slow. I have never visited a U Haul location where the staff was able to quickly check process my rental. It would be awesome for the individual locations if U Haul (corporate I'm assuming) would update it's systems and/or software to make the check-in and check-out process faster.
