Though the truck itself was clean, the right side mirror of the truck was not adequately secured and created issues when driving. The pickup location was inconvenient for me as it was 30 minutes farther from me than the location I selected when I initially made my reservation. The customer service at pickup location was good, he was friendly, helpful, and patient when the app wasn’t working.
