Always kind and attentive to me but when they’re busy they tend to not acknowledge people waiting. This is not just here, this has been noticed at other locations as well. People are more understanding of having to,wait when they are at least acknowledged. Good old fashioned manners.

George HA few more UHaul specific instructions would help. Easy return but at the same time if you were new to Victoria you'd have no clue as to where to park, how to return, etc... none of that info was given to me when I picked up the one way truck in Nanaimo. All I knew was the location of the drop off and the operation times. Nothing else. I'm just saying you need to expect that people are new to the city and need a bit of guidance to help speed up their day.
HRVOJE KThere was a major leak in the roof that water damage to several of our boxes. Staff was very apologetic and gave a discount on mileage.
