I - I reserved two dollys but only one available. I sent a message 5 hours before pick up the truck asking if everything was ok and nobody answered or informed that my order was not completed 2 - Truck was dirty inside ,I took pictures 3 - The key they gave me didn’t match with the lock, so my stuff was overnighted without protection
