Approval takes too long for self pickup via app. Was sitting in the cold for over 25 minutes waiting for approval with location closed so nowhere to wait

angel rOther than a slight delay in picking up the rental. The company was good to work with. U-haul employee called to check because I didn’t pick up the van yet. I explained I was the but the business wasn’t open. So they moved my pick up to an hour later. I called to check they were open. Then picked it up without any issues. They were nice to work with!
