Lady at the desk was friendly and helpful.
JOSEPH MWish I had gotten the name of the lady at the counter that helped me with both picking up the truck and returning it. She was a pleasure to work with and excellent at her job.
Judith GThe lady at the counter with her hair pulled back was rude, I needed help and continued to refer me to the app. The truck was clean. I used this location in the past, I don’t know that I will again.
Michelle PEmployees were friendly and attentive. I would have preferred that they come out and confirm the equipment that I returned (furniture pads, dolly, etc). I was just told that they would email me a receipt.
