Leslie EI rented a car trailer, and it was just kind of beat up all over and one of the wheel straps was ripped. It was like 445 and the lady didn’t come out and hook up my trailer so it took me like 10 minutes to get lined up to the back of it because I was by myself. I’ve rented a fair amount from U-Haul, and this was the worst experience. I never got the link to submit the return paperwork but I dropped the trailer off at 10:30 that night.
