Worker was lazy and petty. Charged a $25 cleaning fee because she saw 2 screws and dust bunnies. Also, charged $20 after hours fee because we put the key in the Dropbox on accident instead of walking it 10 feet further into the office.

I dont know where to put this comment because I dont know the cause - my pickup and drop off were changed from what I entered and had confirmed. I was only contacted and consented regarding the pick-up. I was never contacted about consenting to the drop off change. When I contacted Uhaul - I did get a resolution. The changes were frustrating and confusing.
