The APP is the only thing I could complain this time. Nothing ever is perfect in life. Always have a problem checking in/checking out. But I must say that U-HAUL texted me asking me questions clearing up a few things. So that was awesome. Its a rental truck not a limo!!! Just don't want to be ripped off like my last rental.

Theodore UIt should be more clearly stated that the location has no people working there and that the renters are required to download the app before completing the process and getting the vehicle. I know now, but not as a first time renter. This was my only issue. The vehicle was in very good condition.
