It should be more clearly stated that the location has no people working there and that the renters are required to download the app before completing the process and getting the vehicle. I know now, but not as a first time renter. This was my only issue. The vehicle was in very good condition.

Michael HThe right mirror is broken, very dangerous and a safety concern. When I was driving, the mirror, turns all the way, and then you cannot see out of the right mirror. Also they did not have the van I reserved so I had to get a truck
Michael FUhaul is normally my first thought but this one in Larchmont was new to me. It as far/ close as the other https://goo.gl/maps/mz7ENzYmuLtARVnJ6 but the truck was a better and cleaner one but the most important: very nice staff. I think I will stick to this office 👍
