I was never given the code to the lockbox or the lockbox number to pick up the keys. If someone had not been in the warehouse that was able to help me, I wouldn't have been able to pick up my truck, but the whole debacle made me an hour late and I almost lost my movers, but I had to pay them for that hour anyway, so it cost me an additional four hundred dollars. 200 hour per guy and they had to wait for me because I couldn't get my keys and nobody would answer the phones. I was given a number to a recording that was not able to help me. No, I would not recommend picking up at this location after hours.

truck had cat litter and dirt all inside the bed on the cargo truck. it was disgusting

Michael VThis is not a good location. The locks have been swapped so the code didn’t align with the box that had our key. There is no visible office. There is no parking lot so I had to stand in the middle of the road to get pictures and there was oncoming traffic. Terrible location- should not be a rental location.
