I rented a trailer last week and again this week and both times there were issues in the office. Reservation was cancelled when I went to pick up after they called a day prior to confirm. They didn't have the trailer that I rented the first time but then after about an hour of issue at the counter they magically decided that they did have the trailer. I thought maybe it was a fluke the first time but this happened both weeks with different people. The manager was extremely rude and ignored the lady trying to assist me.BENJAMIN WAYNE J.
No improvement needed. The entire experience went very well from start to finish. The girls inside the office who booked my reservation gave me all the information I needed. The equipment I rented (a cargo van) was powerful and fun to drive and was in excellent condition and the gentleman who checked me out when I was finished (Matthew) was prompt, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. You need to re-evaluate the suitability of the Toyota Tacoma pick-up for pulling your trailers. It's not your father's Toyota. It's as big and powerful and as sturdy as full size 1/2 ton pickups made only a few years ago. It has the same horsepower as my 2010 Chevy Z71 pickup had. Several times with my Tacoma I have pulled heavier loads than your trailer loaded with a Mustang. It pulled and stopped just fine. Surprise, surprise I was offered one of YOUR trucks to pull the trailer I needed. And the location where I rented your truck AND trailer is poorly designed and too cramped for safe operations.JOSEPH PAUL P.

Employee bellowed at me over not having a mask on. I am medically exempt and she proceeded to talk about me while I stood in line waiting for a manager. The manager put a complaint in for me and listened to my request not to let another person drive it before being inspected. But her employees are rude. Another lady was being extremely rude to another customer while I was there.Alicia B.

My truck that I reserved on the app was not ready. The fuel level was incorrect ( below what was marked on my paper work. I only put 28 miles on the the truck and put $30 gas in and it still was not the marked level. However the fuel level was above the level that I received it. I took photos before and after but the attendant seemed to not care , saying your go bro. I I still not received a final bill/ invoice of my final charges. Why have an app or person-less operation if you can't get it right. I'm very disappointed in my experience. It has always been great until my last 2 visits that were on the app. I got better service walking in. Probably looking to rent elsewhere. Disappointed, after returning the truck my car was blocked by another car I had to have office staff find the owner. I was told to park where I did by staff when I Arrived in the morning. I would not recommend the app or the service. I guess I'll have to check my card statement to see what I was charged, I'm not psych.Melvin M.

Slow process to check out. Too technical and short staffed. Nothing new to big business which continues to keep costs low with minimum staff. I avoid uhaul at all costs due to the time it takes to actually get the rental to when ya leave. Between boxes, locks and plastic shields there's nowhere tp go.Justin L.

Truck had multiple gas errors before we left the lot. My husband reported it and they told him that someone probably filled the tank without turning the truck off and they proceeded to hook up the truck to a computer and reset it. This was not the problem. We got about 60 miles out of town and hit major rain and the truck had no windshield wipers they were shredded and it made for a dangerous drive. We were only going 125 miles to Kingman AZ. In Kingman we noticed that we were losing gas (besides the fact that we only got 3.5 miles to the gallon on the first 125 miles) We went to UHAUL in the morning to get wiper blades because rain was forecast for the entire drive. They told us that we were missing the vent valve on the truck (which was the real reason for the error codes) and that the shop in Las Vegas shouldn't have missed it. We then had to make a roadside assistance claim. These are items that should have been addressed before the truck ever left Vegas. We certainly didn't see anyone offer to refund our lost gas. Kudos to the woman that helped us with the roadside assistance claim and the mechanic that came out to help us with the truck in Kingman.Guy G.

Watch the fuel levels in the trucks. If they don't go over the contract with you at the end somethings up. Go over everything in the vehicle before leaving the shop.DAVID EARL D.
I arrived on time to pick up my equipment. It wasn't available as the previous renter was still driving the trailer back. If I turn in equipment late, I can expect to pay a late fee. Why, then, should I not get a credit when my equipment is not available for the full window of time I reserve it. When asked for a discount on my rental, the manager said, â€œI can't control if a renter hits traffic.â€ Any responsible adult understands traffic is part of driving and gives themselves enough time. Given the inflexibility of the staff, the dirty trailer, I will look for an alternative rental location next time I need to rent equipment.STERLING ROSS M.
The owner Sharmel was a dream to work with. Another facility couldn't fill the rental I had booked online so I was pushed over to this Rancho location at the last minute. I was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised at how painless and smoothly everything went. I was in and out of the office in a heartbeat and was helped outside by Joel, who is extremely professional.
