I originally reserved pick up at Sam's Body and Glass shop in Lathrop BECAUSE I live in Lathrop however when YOUR Reservation Specialist called me they told me that I COULD NOT reserve for pick up in Lathrop but ONLY in Liberty MO. This was extremely inconvenient so I expressed my frustration to Sam's and they were AWESOME, they told me that I could walk in the day I need it and in most cases there is a truck available and they could rent it to me that way. This worked out for me but if it hadn't I would have taken my business elsewhere. If it was an inconvenience for me to pick up a truck in Liberty when there was a truck in Lathrop then there was no reason not to take my inconvenienced business elsewhere. Sam's Body and Glass Shop in Lathrop is great to work with . . . . UHAUL not so much.

MARION MWhen we turned the vehicle in , we found a parking spot, opened the UHaul APP and followed the check in steps. The instructions were easy to follow however the APP took us some extra time to get photos to upload.
