The area manager is the person that helped me rent the car dolly. The business was closed and I have been told that it’s difficult to rent from there because that business is often closed.

JAMES NDoor was locked to office and no one was there. Truck was dirty and smells awful. Stated to have 3/8 take of fuel, had maybe 1/16th tank.
