I showed up late and had to use customer support to change the time ranges, maybe warn us to be there on time - I thought I had the whole timeslot to pick up and drop off.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe customer service at this location is exceptional. I called them in a somewhat desperate situation and they made sure I had a van available within the hour. Everything went smoothly throughout, but I left a pair of glasses in the truck. I called in to see if they found them and Toni, who is incredibly nice, went out and checked the truck and the area, but couldn’t find them. A few days later, I got a call back from Toni who checked the truck even more thoroughly and found my glasses. She wanted to make sure that I got them back. I can’t recommend this location highly enough.
