DOUGLAS SHated that there was no service and that I had to do all the work for someone else and not get any benefit from it. I originally rented the van to pick up at a closer location on 31st street. Right where I needed it. But then it was switched at the last minute halfway across town. And then I get charged mileage to take back to where I sound have gotten it in the first place. I'll never use that location again. Felt as of I was charged double what I've normally paid for renting a moving truck from Uhaul at different locations where it felt like the were an actual uhaul rental provider. This place felt like a scam and probably was a 3rd party uhaul dealer.
