My only complaint is that we booked the u haul for 8am and the location didn’t open until 9:30am. Their customer service was great, but it would have been nice to be able to start when we wanted to start packing.

Tons of hidden fees, Posted at $20.00 then $80.00 of fees and the app was awful, hard to use and I went to the office during business hours and the doors were locked.
Seth BThe unit was clean, but the air conditioner did not blow out of the vents. Only from the floor and windshield vents. It was nearly 100 degrees out, so the short trips were extremely uncomfortable. Patty at the store couldn't have been more helpful. The truck I reserved wasn't returned. The 10 footer that was supposed to be returned for me to use wasn't returned. She hooked me up with an alternative that was just fine except for the AC.
