I only needed the U-Haul truck for about 15 minutes, but I ended up using it for 30 minutes. The advertised price was $19.99, and I expected the total cost to be around $22, but it ended up being about $34.25, which felt higher than expected for such a short use. I was only moving a small book rack, so the rental cost was more than the value of the item I was transporting. Also, the process felt a bit complicated. Since it was Saturday after 5 PM, the office was closed when I tried to return the key. The app process for submitting the key was not very easy to complete at that time, which made it difficult to finish the return smoothly. For improvement, clearer communication about total expected costs and a simpler after-hours return process would be very helpful.
