The self-checkout lock (to get the vehicle key) was very difficult to unlock using the code and the latch mechanism to unlock was stuck. The lighting is very poor above the self-checkout lockboxes. Once the app closes, there should be a way to get back to the self-checkout combination code.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGas on the truck was at half a tank. I filled it up and left it at 3/4 tank of gas and there was no way to compensate for the extra $30 - 60 I paid extra for the gas that wasn't there
Mike BOn the app I found it very hard to do the after hours pick up. I had to go through edit my order to get it resolved with a call to headquarters. If the app had a direct link on the home page to do after hours pickup/drop off it would have gone more smothly. Maybe I just didn't see it, but it took me over an hour to get the keys from the lock box, mainly because I couldn't find how to do it on the app.
Matthew JI made the reservation for a location that was was close to me but was switched to a location across town, increasing my mileage. I was not aware it was a mobile reservation and it took 40 minutes for me to get the truck because no one was at the location, although the hours on the door said there would be. I asked for an appliance dolly and was charged for one, but got a regular dolly, which I didn’t use! My total for the day was nearly $150, even though I turned in the truck after 5 hours of use.
