Customer service was wonderful, I got help returning the vehicle, I didn’t know I had to do everything on my phone until I left. I did returned for him to show me. He was very helpful. What a blessing.

First, this location didn't open until 10 am, too late for customer service. Cost me the $20 convenience fee and I could not turn in a whole bag of unused, unopened blankets to get a refund on them. I could not make sure the furniture dolly was returned. All the trucks were parked in the back of the building (as I imagine there was no place to park them in front due to an AVIS rental car office and a box store), and it made it difficult to determine if I was in the right place. Trucks were orderly in the back. My biggest frustration was the mid-morning opening which is why I gave such a low review.
