Again, the location wasn't the issue as much as the fact that they switched it on me. They sent me miles in the opposite direction to drop off at a place that barely had room for the truck. No warning, no communication, just showed up in the app last minute. I will be looking for options other than U-haul next time I move.

HUGO MMake sure the locations can accommodate what was reserved. My reservation was changed multiple times. I was notified 15 minutes prior to my pick up time that my auto transport wasn’t available.
