Terrible service, they guy at the desk customer service skills was terrible. I placed a my order online because it said faster service and i was in a rush, but that was completely false. Service was super slow and he did not conduct a inspection of the vehicle and the gas was on EMPTY and to top if off... I also order an appliance dolly that was supposed to already be available on the truck which it was not and I noticed it wasn't on the truck until I was in the process of moving. the next day i saw extra charges on my bank card that i was completely unaware of.DIAMOND B.

The wrong key was in the box and I had to call to get the code for the other box to get the right key. They did not provide me with the appliance dolly and furniture pads I ordered. I had to go to another location to pick these items up.Katy S.
We rented from this location for one day and did an after hours drop off. We were then charged for two days. When told, they adjusted it on paper but never gave me credit on my card. It's been a week and I have yet to see anything on my credit card. So I put the charge in dispute with my credit card to take care of it because I felt they weren't even trying to resolve this.PETER A.

Do Not read the odometer wrong! Check out mileage 12945 turn in mileage was 13067 NOT 13607. I did not go 540 miles, I only went 122 miles! I did not go to Florida & Back! Had a hard time locating where the key was even after messaging/calling customer service. I was just told the passcode After 20 mins I located the keys. I was not informed that the dolly was not available that I purchased with this location. At that location- no one answers the phone and voice mailbox is full.Sherri M.
I was trying to pick up the van using my phone, but it said my session had expired. I went into the office to find out what to do. I sat there for about 15 minutes then tried to log in again. I was then able to pick up the van. No one working there acknowledged that I or the other two people waiting were there.Mary B.

I was to be using the 24/7 pickup thinking it would be easier and quicker. Well it turned out not to be. Everything that I filled out to reserve the truck I had to do all over again. It took 30min to pick the truck up and get the keys.Kevin P.

Ordered a utility dolly for our washer, dryer, stove, refrig and realized it was not on the truck after we had already stared loading the truck... so we had to jump through hoops to move the heavy appliances. We were charged for the dolly as well as furniture pads which we never used. We were ultimately refunded the $10.60 but it really doesn't matter because the pain came from not being able to move these heavy appliances without a dolly. Will never use this location again and don't recommend it.Tonii T.
It seems like a strange process to have to give a full name and phone number, for one of my friends to confirm that they know me.. For "verification purposes". I was never given a reason as to why this was necessary. Myself, I do not always answer phone calls from random phone numbers due to spam. Other than that an okay process.Charlotte L.
