The location was fine and the service was pleasant. Having to use the Uhaul app was new and very time consuming, however. It's been several years since we last rented a Uhaul, and the process was more seamless when we had more face-to-face service.

Truck was very dangerous cutting off while driving
Sedarius BUhaul needs to update the address online when booking online, had me go 25 mins the opposite way. There is no counter help so be prepared for a mobile check out.
