The truck I reserved had a maintenance issue where the brake light was on. I took the truck back and the lady stated she would give me a free upgrade since they did not have another truck that same size. I reviewed my receipt and I was charged for the larger truck. If that’s not the extra cost I was charged for equipment I never used/received from this location.
