The location is Good my only recommendation would be is to have more equipment and supplies on hand i.e. Appliance dollies and a wider variety of Shrink wrap.Customer service was excellent. Thank you Brittany for all your help.
charles mMy truck was there and clean and the keys were where they were supposed to be. Only issue was the place was supposed to be open for business and had an Open sign on the door but it was locked and dark and nobody was there and that could have made a difference since I had problems with the app verifying I was in the right location so I could get the truck.

Adam CCustomer service at this location was excellent. There was only one staff member working, but she still prepared all the trucks and equipment and honored my truck reservation on time. Maintenance on the trucks need improvement. The truck I was driving was out of alignment and I had the steering wheel turned to the left as I was driving straight. Also the check engine light was on. Other than that, it was a painless moving experience.
Hyunjun KOnline app is a pain to navigate when it comes to checking in and out.
Daniel RThe truck was too old, steering is not flexible enough, and the brakes need have to be tabed all the way before the truck stops completely. And kills your foot.
