Really like the convenience of picking up anytime since you can complete the pickup right online when its convenient for you. I also appreciated them calling me as a reminder of my pickup time. However, I do not appreciate being charged and additional $65 for an extra day of use that we did not have the truck for. I've returned on weekends before and the other owners have reached out to confirm the return time and date to adequately charge me, however, this location took the liberty of charging me for an additional full day ($49.95) and an additional day of safe move ($15), unbeknownst to me until seeing it pending on bank statement. Not acceptable. Now, I have to spend time potentially going through the tedious process of ensuring this rectified. I have other things that my time requires, this should definitely not be one of them.

JORGE UU-Haul allowed me to schedule a 4pm drop off but the facility closed at 2pm.
