Tammi MThe truck was clean but my purchased equipment was not left in the truck. It was left in the front of the building for anyone to grab. The sign in process is tedious and dumb.
Leah AThere was no one at the location when I got there. I rented a tow dolly and a 10foot truck. No one came to hook the dolly up to the truck. Then when I returned the rental I got an email saying that the equipment was never return and that I was being charged. I picked up my rental after 10:36 waiting for someone to show up. My pick up time was 9:00. Very unprofessional. I would not use or recommend this location to anyone.
