1 - I requested a dolly and I drove off and had to come back to get it, even though I was advised it was in the truck. 2 - I was charged a $25 cleaning fee even though we swept and wiped down the inside of the truck. Just an easy money grab, and I will never use this location again. Cleaning fee SCAM

Customer service was horrible .. the 5X8 trailer did not have the appropriate wires hook up .. Customer representative told me to go purchase the correct wires .. this is not an exaggeration.. it was a horrible experience.. I will NEVER go there again
