Charged me a late return fee when I returned on time then lied and said that my return would be processed within 30 minutes. Has been a day and it still hasn’t processed. I specifically said I needed it back immediately.

neil jHad to drop off After Hours. It was fairly dark by the box and in the parking lot and would be easier to see with more lighting. Otherwise, it worked out well. People were helpful when I called afterwards.
David KIt was a dropoff No one was there. They were closed.
William OI was told I could return it to any U-Haul location that’s why I got the bigger truck. I ended up having to double my mileage just to return it to the location I got it from which was annoying. I could have saved myself paying for a whole day and the extra miles.
