I was never called and contacted that the truck was not at the location that I booked it for (which is one minute from where I moved out of). So I went to the location I booked at, waited in line for almost an HOUR just to find out my reservation had been moved without contacting me!! I literally cried at the UHAUL office in Bountiful because I had been dropped off and now I had to call my parents to come pick me up and my entire move was delayed due to your mistake. All you had to do was communicate with me and you could not even do that. It was an absolutely terrible experience and your customer service is abysmal. Will not be using UHAUL ever again. You ruined my entire move.

There wasn't anyone at the drop off. I wasn't sure where to park the truck exactly - there were no Uhaul parking signs. I did the entire drop off process on my phone following the instructions given. It was easy enough to follow.
Deborah OWhat I went to one location that I rented out 3 weeks in advance they did not have my truck at that location they sent me to another location they did not have my truck at that location and on the third time they did not have my truck at that location. Finally found one that was 30 miles away from where I live in Layton. I had to drive all the way up there to pick the truck up all the way back to use it and then drive the truck all the way back up to Layton as well as my car going back and forth to get the truck. They did not compensate me for the gas or the mileage. I would not recommend this to my friends or anybody else. I called and tried to see if they could compensate me on any of it they denied me. Very unhappy with this company. Never again will I fall into this madness.
KENNETH TMy rental return was lost in the system for a minute. I’m not sure why but they didn’t seem ready to get a return of a one way rental of a 15’ truck. System issues??
Robert BWhat should have been a really quick pick up took 30 minutes because no one told me that I needed to download the app, and jump through tons of hoops to just get the truck. Then I couldn’t get the keys out of the box. I’ve rented before but probably will not again, especially from this facility
