My rental return was lost in the system for a minute. I’m not sure why but they didn’t seem ready to get a return of a one way rental of a 15’ truck. System issues??

What should have been a really quick pick up took 30 minutes because no one told me that I needed to download the app, and jump through tons of hoops to just get the truck. Then I couldn’t get the keys out of the box. I’ve rented before but probably will not again, especially from this facility
Jodee F$70 for a $20 4 hour rental is insane. I likely will not be renting another U-Haul.
